Overview
A construction planning and scheduling platform that gives project managers a structured view of tasks, timelines, and resource allocation across active construction projects, replacing manual scheduling in spreadsheets and paper trackers.
The Business Problem
Construction project schedules were maintained manually, making it difficult to see task dependencies, track delays, or reallocate resources when a project timeline shifted — a common occurrence on multi-phase construction work.
The Solution
I built a scheduling platform structured around projects, phases, and tasks, with resource and timeline data centralized so project managers can see the full schedule state — and the effect of any change — in one place instead of updating multiple disconnected trackers.
